Welcome to Gryphon Badminton Club. A club formed to serve the needs of Yeovil and Sherborne badminton players, bridging the void between beginners, social players and local league players. 

We are a friendly and sociable group who enjoy playing badminton at various levels in a relaxed atmosphere.   Our membership is a mixed social and ethnic group who all share a common love of the game.   

For the more adventurous amongst us we also have mixed and level teams in the local leagues

We encourage beginners and social players, as well as more experienced players to join us and help you play to a level that suits you (we were all beginners once).   All players irrespective of strength/ability play together. 

Whether you are a total beginner and wish to learn to play, a social player or a more competitive player we welcome all. Coaching and training is available for those who wish. Whatever your ability, we are worth a visit.  

This website is run and maintained for the use of existing and potential club members and anybody else interested in or wanting information about the club.

As a strictly non-profit club, although we have quite a few requests, we do not allow any commercial advertising on our website.
